Meghan’s Must-Have Skincare Products

Meghan Markle has been sharing her favourite beauty products on her official Instagram account, and I’ve been dying to try them out. The Duchess of Sussex’s page is regularly updated with her top picks in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. A few weeks ago, she shared some of her go-to beauty items on it.

While some of the products are only available in the US, many can be found here in the UK, including popular brands like La Roche-Posay, Tatcha and Tata Harper. Some of these I’d tried before, but others were completely new to me – and after giving them a go, I think they’re set to become my new favourites…

Favourite Skincare Products

In this article, we’ll be taking a closer look at Meghan’s must-have skincare products and exploring their benefits.

  1. La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermo Cleanser: A gentle, all-purpose cleanser that suits all skin types.
  2. Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream: A groundbreaking, innovative texture that’s rich in hydrolysed collagen.
  3. Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream: A luxurious, hydrating face cream with a unique blend of ingredients.

  5. Tata Harper Superkind Radiance Mask: A natural, exfoliating face mask with a 20-minute application time.
  6. RMS Beauty Living Luminizer: A subtle, pearlescent cream highlighter.

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermo Cleanser

This was the first product I tried from Meghan’s list. The La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermo Cleanser is a gentle, creamy cleanser suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Meghan shared it with her followers, stating it’s a great everyday staple for when your skin is feeling irritated or dry.

The price point of £16.50 makes it an affordable option for those looking to incorporate a high-quality cleanser into their skincare routine.

It’s a fantastic product, won’t strip your skin or cause any irritation, and is perfect for everyday use. It’s not a deep-cleansing formula, however, so it won’t remove eye make-up. Meghan’s enthusiasm for this product is understandable, as it’s been her go-to for years.

Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream

The second product I was eager to try was the Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream. Meghan had heard great things about this product, and I had too – it was only available on Amazon previously. However, now it’s at Boots and I was excited to get my hands on a sample.

This product has gained a lot of attention for its unique texture, often described as red, bouncy, and firm – like edible jelly!

A scoop is provided to help apply the product, and its lightweight consistency makes it perfect for those with dry skin, providing smooth hydration without the greasiness that can come with other moisturising products. Meghan raved about its “glass skin” effect, which I can attest to after using it.

This product has been a huge hit, and I wouldn’t want to go back to my regular skincare routine without it. Its innovative formula has won over even the most skeptical of skin types, and I think it’s definitely worth giving a go.

Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream

The next product that caught my eye was the Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream. Meghan has been raving about this product for years, and I can see why. This luxurious face cream is packed with Japanese purple rice, hyaluronic acid, and squalane, giving a similar “glass skin” effect to the Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream.

Tatcha’s packaging is also beautiful, with a cute little spatula in the lid and an origami-style box.

This cream is a staple for normal-to-dry skin types, providing hydration and nourishment. However, it can look a bit dull on those with oily skin types – which is why I was a bit wary of trying it. But, despite that, Meghan swears by it, and I must say that I agree.

The formula is rich and balm-like, perfect for those who need an intense dose of moisture. I was thrilled to see how glowing and plump my skin looked after using it – and it stayed hydrated all day long.
